The Produce Purifier is IPX7 water-resistant, which means the purifier unit can be temporarily submerged during use. The charging dock/charging components are not waterproof and must be kept dry. After each cycle, wipe the purifier dry, especially around the charging area and allow it to fully air-dry before placing it on the dock to charge. Charging any device while the connector/contacts are wet can cause corrosion or damage.

A full charge gives 8–12 cleaning cycles. It takes around 2-3 hours for a full charge.

Maintenance is easy. The top cover twists off so you can rinse the internal electrolysis plates with fresh water. If you live in a hard-water area, a quick soak in diluted vinegar once a month keeps the electrolysis plates performing like new.
